In May 2016, we developed a user-friendly guide (restricted to our members) to ensure you all fully understand our role, our aims, our priorities, our structure and the services we offer to our members. It is organised into four main areas: what is BeCA, services and support to our members, international and European representation & team and contact. We hope you will enjoy the reading and you will better understand our big family! Our members can download it below, after logging in to the members' area.
