Women in aviation

Attracting women to the piloting profession is challenging but retaining them is even more difficult, despite ongoing efforts. The airline industry must focus on inclusion while removing existing barriers that preclude women from seeking careers in the aviation industry.

BeCA supports the joint statement of the international federations (among them its international pilot association IFALPA) that come together to promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive aviation industry by embracing the International Women’s Day theme: #EmbraceEquity
